When the program starts, some processes are executed in the background to ensure that the data used is correct. Since version 1.3.2, an automatic update check is also available again.
If your network requires the use of a proxy server, error messages may appear when you start the program. These will no longer appear once you have made the proxy server settings. If you still encounter problems, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). You may find more information there.
All calls can also be passed directly to the respective module program on the command line.

You have the option of sending the results of the checks to a user by e-mail. To do this, enter the corresponding SMTP data of your e-mail system. In the field for the mail server, please also enter the corresponding port (e.g. “mail.server:25”).
The e-mails will then be sent from the sender address to the entered destination address with all necessary information. This functionality is only available within the background processing.
