Overview of our modules

Our ID Validation is divided into modules and provides the functions for checking master data. Each module has the identical basic functions, such as the possibility of a manual single check or the processing of imported files in different file formats.

See the overview of the available modules here. These are our standard modules that you will automatically receive when you purchase ID Validation or will be added in future updates.

The number of modules we provide will continue to grow over time. For each functional extension of a module, we check whether this extension can also be used in other modules (for example, the extension of import formats). Because of the centralized development and the reusability of code, we can focus on the actual function within the modules. This way we don’t get bogged down with the same issues over and over again for the development of a module. This also applies to individual modules, which one or the other customer has already positively evaluated in the overall price of the project.

Out of customer projects, further modules have already been developed for ID Validation, most of which cannot be published as a standard module. This is due to the fact that special formats are processed in some cases, database connections were necessary that are customer-specific, and therefore cannot be made available for general use.

Nevertheless, we would like to offer you a corresponding overview, so that you can get an idea of what else is possible.

Data Validation for Item Masterdata

Exports of complete article master data were checked for completeness and content errors.

Matching ZIP Codes

Address data was checked for the correct postal code and streets using external databases with the corresponding records. In addition, the coordinates of the addresses were added. Due to the use of an interface that is not freely available, this module cannot be published as a standard module.

Whether a customer-specific module will one day become a standard module is not decided directly by us, but by the number of requests and similarities of requirements.
